Preface

In traditional academia, it's very rare to find living documentation of research that shows the constant updates and iterations that lead up to a publication. While there have been recent efforts to make research more open-source, the academic community for the most part is extremely private, which hinders collaboration and scientific endeavour.

This is an experimental open-source literature review on surgical errors in the operating room. Updates and edits will be shared on github, and all feedback and contributions are welcome.
